Brian and Theresa, high school sweethearts, married in 1986. They were called to serve the Lord at Youth Haven Ranch, a Christian camp for at risk children, for 18 years. During the end of that time, God led them to start this retreat ministry. In 2013, God also called Brian to pastor Grace Baptist Church in Somerset Center, MI. He thoroughly enjoys studying God Word and ministering to the people. Theresa has been an RN since 1988 with most of her nursing experience in Pediatrics. Besides her responsibilities for QPM, she provides private duty nursing, continues to help with summer camp registration, and serves as a deaconess in her church. Brian and Theresa own 10.68 acres with some woods adjoining Quiet Place Ministries' property. They are blessed with three wonderful children who are happily married and three precious grandchildren. They enjoy God's creation and love to help and serve people.
Dick has been a Licensed, Ordained Minister since 1984 and has served as a Youth Pastor, an Associate Pastor, and an Interim Pastor. He currently serves the Lord as an elder in his church. He obtained a BA in Psychology, an MA in Counseling, and has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1993 in the state of Michigan. He counsels through his ministry, Crossroad Counseling. He is presently employed at Spring Arbor University as a Graduate Academic Advisor for their Master of Arts in Counseling Program. Dick has a heart for those in ministry. He co-founded another retreat ministry and counseled retreat guests who requested his services for 8 years. He and Jan, his college sweetheart, have been married since 1980 and have five children, two daughters-in-law, and seven granddroids (so named due to the occasional glitches in their programming). He has fun being an apiarist (beekeeper) and aspires to be a Yooper (but prefers being married).

Bob grew up in the San Francisco Bay area. While he was home schooled in Christianity by his mother he gave his life to the Lord as a teenage counselor at a Salvation Army summer camp in Oregon. He has had two successful careers; 31 years in the US Army retiring as a Colonel, and 25 years in the computer services industry culminating in jointly founding and taking a company public in 1999. Since moving to mid-Michigan he and his wife have been serving the Jackson area children through Together We Can Make A Difference and the Lazy B's Ranch. Bob is the president of the board of both organizations. He has held leadership positions in every church he has attended since 1974 and is licensed and ordained through Calvary Ministries International Global. He is a deacon at Abundant Life Assembly in Cement City. Bob and Pat, married in 1991, share four children from previous marriages and three grand children from an unofficially adopted son. Besides caring for his wife, he is focused on unifying the efforts of Christians throughout the mid Michigan area to reach more and more people for the Lord.
